How does my plan work?

Your ISU Student ID works as a debit card for your meal plan. Meal plans have two essential components accessible with your ID: Meal Swipes & Commons Cash.

**Meal Swipes: **the main meal plan currency

Meal Swipes can be used anytime at Sycamore Dining Hall, our AYCE (All You Care to Eat) student restaurant. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are each just one meal swipe.
** **

Commons Cash: just like cash

Declining Balanceaccount that may be spent at any ISU Dining location on campus (including Sycamore Dining) with a dollar-for-dollar value.

Where can I use my plan? Meal Swipes may be used in Sycamore Dining Hall. You can eat in, or if you are in a hurry, choose from our Sycamore To Go program selections next to the cashier stations. Meal Exchanges may also be redeemed at all locations in the HMSU Commons from 2 pm until close on Sunday, except for the Campus Cupboard, Starbucks, and George's Café.

Commons Cash is accepted as payment at all campus restaurants.
