Barista The Barista I provides exceptional customer service while making hand-crafted, quality beverages. The Barista will take orders and make coffee, tea and other drinks to customer specifications. The individual will also operate cash registers and credit card machines. The Barista fields customer complaints or questions while working to maintain good customer relations and speedy delivery of all beverages.
Bartender (Catering) The Bartender will provide exceptional customer service, and mix and serve drinks to patrons, directly or through wait staff, quickly and without waste. Bartenders must work well with wait staff and other staff to ensure that customers receive prompt service.
Baker The Baker prepares baked goods according to recipes and production specifications
Cashier The Cashier/Food Service Worker works primarily in the food service operation, handling cash and credit transactions from Sodexo customers. In addition, they will assist in setup and serving of food from counters and steam tables. Duties will include cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work stations. As a cashier, they must accurately operate the cash register/POS and complete the transactions. Will also provide support to the retail operation, including setup, maintaining supplies and products, and assisting in cleanup and close down.
Cook (Catering and Sycamore Dining Hall) The Cook I will accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods: to include Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events.
Dining Room Attendant The Dining Room Attendant is responsible for assisting the server in the dining room; duties to include setting tables with clean napkins, china and glassware, pouring water for guests and assisting with serving when needed.
Food Prep Helper The Food Prep Helper works primarily in the kitchen, supporting the production of food products. The main function is to assist in the preparation of foodstuffs. Cleans and sanitizes work stations and production equipment.
Food Service Worker The Food Service Worker may work anywhere on property where food is prepared. This person will assist in setup and serving of food from counters and steam tables. Duties will include cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work stations
Lead Worker The Lead - Food may work in any type of food location on client premises. This individual, under the leadership of on-site management and/or supervisors, will coordinate the activities of workers and/or service employees engaged in food operations or services at smaller, less complex facilities or locations in the areas of commercial, health care, schools, universities or other establishments
Supervisor The Supervisor - Food may work in any type of food location on client premises. This individual provides oversight at the direction of management on site to coordinate routine work activities of workers and/or service employees engaged in food operations or services at either larger complex facilities or locations in the areas of commercial, health care, schools, universities or other establishments. This individual will provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business.
Store Attendant The Store Attendant is responsible for performing duties associated with the upkeep and maintenance of a C-Store.
Utility Worker The Utility Worker is responsible for maintaining kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils.
Wait Staff The Utility Worker is responsible for maintaining kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils.
